Canadian Municipality Selects Definitive

A major Canadian municipality has selected Definitive to assist with modernizing and enhancing the City’s current investment plan submission, evaluation, and prioritization processes through the implementation of the Definitive Pro® platform. Definitive was awarded a 5-year contract, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options. The primary objectives of this project are to:

  • Implement Definitive Pro® as the City’s investment planning and decision support platform
  • Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the City’s investment plan submission, evaluation, and prioritization processes; and
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the new system
