In 2016, he pioneered development of Definitive Pro Business Analytics and Definitive Choice to help organizations build consensus and make complex multi-criteria decisions. He has been awarded three U.S. patents in the field of group decision-making.
In the evenings, John serves as an adjunct professor for the Department of Decision, Operations and Information Technologies (DOIT) within the Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he teaches consulting analytics and system analysis and design. He also provides volunteer support to the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Washington D.C. chapter, where he has been a certified project management professional (PMP) since 2001. John has a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y.

Greg has over 25 years of experience in information technology. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Greg served seven years as a Nuclear Qualified Submarine officer. After leaving the Navy he worked for Kaiser Permanente where he spearheaded their first intranet applications. He then founded Bowwave Technology which he owned and operated for 20 years. Greg has designed, developed and managed enterprise wide applications as well as unique intranet / internet solutions. He has also architected cloud-based and on-premise systems, and has led development teams through the entire software development lifecycle.

JP is a multi-talented management consultant, specializing in communications and leadership. He draws from skills in establishing and leading PMOs, training/coaching, management consulting, and project and program management. He has been a trusted consultant to executives at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Coca Cola, and the North Carolina Department of Commerce. At NC Commerce, he was an advisor to the Secretary of Commerce, which included engaging executive staff on organizational strategy, communications, and project management. In this role, he helped to establish a Project Management Office to increase project performance. More recently, JP was brought in as a consultant to establish a PMO to govern a portfolio of IT projects for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This work included assessing current project management capabilities, building an implementation plan, and overseeing the deployment of the PMO and its key activities.
